A Bitter View

I told some of my lady friends that ive been giving broads my number to show them i have interest. They asked me if i got a call from any of them. Of course i havent and i realize i never will since bitched think a dude is supposed to fall over trying to get with them and now recipocate because of their fucked up insecurities. I'm gonna have to go into alpha male mode. Bitches like that shit. Ya wonder why they call ya bitch.

Ok I finally saw it. It was decent yet some parts seemed rushed. On one of the Message boards I frequent. Dude brought up some good points about the film Using his quotes, lets get on them.

-Why would the Senate let the Republic become an Empire so easily? Grievous and Dooku had been taken out, the Jedi had been killed, the war was over. How could you have been a democracy for generations and then suddenly not only agree to become a dictatorship, but APPLAUD the move?

Good ass Point!

- Anakin's conversion to the dark side was WEAK. Let me get this straight, the ultimate deciding factor is that Palpatine can keep Padme from dying? Couldn't the Jedi have done the same thing? Wasn't that at least worth asking? You've pledged your loyalty to the Jedi, they've trained you, befriended you, they use the same Force for their superhuman powers that the Sith do, why wouldn't you AT LEAST ask them if they could save Padme?

I think the general reason was love for Padme that made anakin switch sides

Ok, so maybe he didn't think to do that because Palpatine was in his head. So why not SHOW us Palpatine fucking with Anakin's mind? Maybe when he's alone he hears voices. Maybe when he kills Dooku he hears a voice that tells him to do it, rather than "chop chop"/ "oh shit, I shouldn't have done that."

They did a little of that in the game, Palpatine communicating with Anakin mentally.

They also never sold us on the "Anakin's power-hungry" angle either. It was somewhat hinted at, but not really. Show us that that was a factor in his decision, because again, he had pledged himself to the Jedi, who were anti-Sith, and when it came down to it, he just switched sides easily. Cut off Sam Jackson's arm, went into some "what have I done" mode for about 10 seconds, and then just knelt down and switched teams. Switched teams. After his bitch ass was up there talking about the Jedi way and loyalty and nobility and such.

Another good ass point except i'll go further. He feels remorse for killing Windu, yet he doesnt when he deliberatly kills Dooku unarmed. Why is that?

All in all, Anakin came off as a weak minded dude who didn't really measure up to becoming any kind of Lord, let alone the Darth Vader we saw in 4-6.

Maybe it was because Ben owned anakin on the lava planet with one swoop chopping off all of his limbs. Lucas said that once that happened He wasnt 100 percent anymore.

- Since it's come up before, why not tell us more about the ability to see the future? Both the Jedi and Sith seem to have it and either use it or allude to it, but why not break it down really quickly? Is there any way to change what you see? Why can't you foresee your own downfall?

That is good point as well. Thats the half for now. 2nd half tomorrow.

Ok lets finish the commentary. Ya gotta admit some of the stuff made me rethink the movie. My reasoning was correct, it did seemed rushed. Anyway...

- Why didn't Mace and Co. tell the rest of the Jedi, and in turn the Senate, that Palpatine was a Sith lord once they found out. I mean niggas didn't hesitate to shoot a hologram to each other to say "hey I just killed Dooku... hey we took out Grievous." So Anakin tells you the news, and you don't even send the rest of the Jedi a text message or something? Hmmm... you've only been looking for the Sith lord since EPISODE ONE. Doesn't his discovery warrant a Jedi all-call? "We found him bitches, and we're about to go and kill him."

Another good ass point, but at the same time he didnt come in all by himself; maybe if he brought yoda & Ben the first time it wouldnt've happened that way. Aw well.

- And think about if the Senate knew a Sith Lord was running things. Now supposedly the Sith were once big and bad and ran the galaxy, and their history was known by regular people (remember Palpatine telling Anakin the story of the Sith at the opera thing?). So how do you think the Senate would react to Palpatine being put out there as a Sith?

They would kick him out. I felt like the Jedi's he used a Sith Mind trick to fool them and keep the wool over their eyes.

- If Anakin on the dark side was such a bad thing, why take chances that he survived getting maimed and burnt? What I'm saying is why wouldn't Obi-wan just kill him? Cut off his head, finish the job, don't stand there and give a speech!

Ben was a lame in that sense. He still had the notion to "turn a Ho into a Housewife". He was hoping some inch of reasoning by seeing the folly of his ways would help him change back for the better.

- You really expect me to believe that a pregnant Padme would just hop in her ship and fly to the Lava Planet to go and confront Anakin? A pregnant chick on the Lava Planet, how smart is that? Then to top it off, Anakin killed the separatists on the Lava Planet, and then just waited around looking out the window, so he was conveniently still there staring off into space when she arrived. And apparently going from their home base to the Lava Planet was like going from Decatur to Stone Mtn.

Ok so in script writing that was what is called "Deus Ex Machina" a.k.a. (as my boys likes to put it.) The writers were on their side.

- The dumbest thing HAD to be Padme dying because she lost the will to live. How in the fuck do you lose the will to live when YOU'RE HAVING TWINS! Then you mouth some shit about Anakin still having good in him. Well bitch, try staying alive, raising your kids and seeing if you can't bring him back to the light.

Yeah that was my hang up as well. Lost the will? Fuggin kinda mess is that? It would be more believable if she suffered complications of lack of oxygen from Anakin's Force Choke and died giving birth.

Well I guess thats it in a nutshell. My man made some good points and even though like a blinded geek i tried to explain them but in truth? dont know what they were thinking.

I currently have a 98 Ford Taurus. I'm dont have a need for speed so the talk about engines do nothing for me. Im content if it can get me from point A 2 B.

2. SUVs : practical and roomy or gas-guzzling monstrosities?

Both! A big man like myself could like the room that a SUV could give but now with the dreaded gas prices i'd rather stay away from them. Lets not go into the drama that Happened a couple of years ago with all the recalls and the FireStone Tire drama. Only the Denali would make a brotha change his mind if the opportunity was there to get one on the spot.

Another day has passed and im trying my best to see the good and today was no exception. hell this may be my best week of the year.

I gave my pitch today to my screenwriting Producer class about a videogame with me as the producer. I ripped that shit. I wasnt expecting a all out debate about censorship with my piece because of the demographic but it was all good. I got many compliments after it was over so that boosted my spirits.

So i'm driving my Bro's Best friend to his girlfriends place and he basically breaks down how he met this chick. She was a hand me down from his friend who is the forces serving in germany. His friend got a blonde German freak so he shook off the girl he had here. I felt that was some awful shit to get with the girl your boy already had. He told me that he already confronted his boy on that and he did'nt care. After that i left it alone but thats when he gets into some nasty shit describing his "girl" saying she has a club foot, she get "brain seizures" and she's cockeyed. I didnt know wether to laugh or look in disgust. then he ends it with "I don't know why I'm with her, man" Well, I hope the Cooch is worth it.

Week went to pot already and its a Wednsday. I got pulled over 2 times by 5-0 each time i was running a errand for someone else! Why did that shit have to happen then? I swear if I was pulled over one more time I was gonna snap like ol boy on Crash did. Man, Fuck the police. Thats real, they never helped me when I needed them in the first place.

Man, maybe its a midwest thing but lately ive noticed alot of ladies mostly in the caucasian persuasion puffin on Black & Milds. This in particular grabbed my attention when I used to work at Hooters and one of the ladies there always toked on one before her time to leave for the day. I cant put my finger on it but even though I prefer a woman not to smoke in my presence cuz I dont smoke anything. There's something about a lady smokin a B&M that atracts me. Damn the fact 2nd hand smoke clogs up my sinuses and keeps me from breathing. What happened to the sistas that toked them beedees, at least the smoke from them were sweet.

Just last night, Me and my brother watched the bootleg of The House of Wax. Seeing Paris Hilton get killed the worst in the flick wasnt the real funny part (but it was funny) at the end of the flick. My brother reencacted the part of the episode of South Park when Mr. Slave swallowed her in his ass. The noise he was making and the fact he can inpersonate Mr. Slave very well had me dying. Not a sound was comming from my mouth but my sides hurt. Thats how funny it was. Yeah me and by bro are good when it comes to impersonations.

And since I have a phone interview tomorrow this will be my best attempt to try at least 5 steps within the 51 that the book suggests will work.

One of my classes will come to an end next week. And I need to get my study & final project on. I can’t be bullshittin around anymore.

Fathers day passed and a few people asked me if I was gonna do anything for him. I told everybody the same answer, “not really” Not to put a whole bunch of guilt & blame on my pops but despite the things he’s done for me that I can count on one hand. There are more he hasn’t done. I see my pops as a friend than a father he never really played that role well in my eyes. Then they retort that I should at least say “happy fathers’ day” and y’know I considered that, I would except for the fact that I can’t remember his cell number and the fact he calls every holiday.

Talking about how going out and meeting the right females don’t do shit for me. I ended up exchanging numbers with the female I was arguing with. Now I like when a woman aint afraid to approach a man but at the same time I told her my problems with women and how stuff like that doesn’t work all the time sort of putting me in a sad sack looking position.
