Its about time to see A team from the Chi come out and represent. It's also a special treat to see my southside White sox make it to the World series! Y'know I truly felt the cubs would get this far faster than they would. I guess the fact we have no 1908 curse to worry about (heh).Although there are still those who claim Cubs till they die, it makes me wonder if we had only one baseball team like our basketball and hockey teams would our city be so divided?
I realize alot of black folks in the hood dont feel baseball, I guess its because its a "white" sport. If its not Football or Basketball were not paying attention to it. Thanks to my fathers side of the fam who are baseball nuts im more receptive to it.
